I bring 2 decades of experience helping individuals pursue health and live their best lives. From partnering with educators to increase physical activity and nutrition in California’s school children, to administering intervention programs for vulnerable adults, and building a following as a group fitness instructor and trainer, I understand that wellness is multi-faceted.
I specialize in combining music, movement, and motivation to deliver more than just a workout, but an experience. While I love strength training, conditioning, HIIT, dance and yoga inspired movements, what's most important to me, is giving my clients a session that allows them to meet their goals and giving them support to create a healthy lifestyle.
