A Thomas Flair is a move in which legs swing in a continuous circular motion while the athlete balances on alternating hands. Thomas Flair moves can be preformed on both the pommel horse and in floor exercise routines. In recent years, the Spieth America Thomas Flair Trainer has also been adopted by b-boying and breakdancing performances to work on similar dancing techniques.

The Spieth America Thomas Flair Trainer includes pulleys, foot straps, and rope. Note that it does not include hanging hardware. You will need to purchase hanging/installation hardware from your local hardware store.
